The researchers concluded that the residents taking Vitamins E and C, with or without an additional multivitamin, illustrated the largest reduction in oxidative damage associated with the pathological changes of Alzheimer's disease.

What is reality, when soul is dreaming or when soul is awake? Some people try and control their dreams just like they try and control their daily lives. It might sound strange, but there are people who practice the art of lucid dreaming. Lucid dreaming is the practice of being aware or awake while one is in the dream state. While most of us can image ourselves in new surroundings before we go to sleep, we often awake remembering a completely different reality.
