Those who want to nurture their soul are increasingly interested in looking
after their health and in keeping tune with their physical and spiritual
well-being. It is important to note that this awareness is progressively
contributing to the creation of several health supplements to benefit both the
adults and the young ones. Dietary and vitamin supplements have constantly
proven their worth to health conscious individuals. It is a proven fact that
vitamins are good for the physical body and therefore uplifts the soul.
An excellent daily multivitamin supplement does not only develop your general
bodily functions but also improves your mental and physical condition and well
being. Occasionally specification is needed in appropriately supplementing
nutrients to deal with any individual needs. An example would be in heart
disease patients, they would have to take in CoQ10 in preventing the said
condition. It is said that Alzheimer’s disease may be effectively prevented by a
regular combination of Vitamin C and E intake. A good series of articles on
memory improvement and Alzheimer's disease may be found at

In a study conducted by Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health
suggests that antioxidants Vitamins E and C may help in preventing Alzheimer's
disease. Researchers involved in the study examined the effects of taking a
combination of Vitamins E and C on the aging brains of 4,740 people living in
Cache County, Utah who were over the age of 65. The researchers concluded that
the residents taking Vitamins E and C, with or without an additional
multivitamin, illustrated the largest reduction in oxidative damage associated
with the pathological changes of Alzheimer's disease.

What is reality, when soul is dreaming or when soul is awake? Some people try
and control their dreams just like they try and control their daily lives. It
might sound strange, but there are people who practice the art of lucid
dreaming. Lucid dreaming is the practice of being aware or awake while one is in
the dream state. While most of us can image ourselves in new surroundings before
we go to sleep, we often awake remembering a completely different reality.
Some people refer to dreams as doorways to multiple realities. In our dreams
are we living different lives on different spiritual planes of existence?
